Mod Hair Styles, Barbers Point, Carnaby.

Following on from my first shoot with my old men’s barber on Kingly St, Carnaby, I was booked to shoot another set of images to be used as publicity for the shop.

Owner of Barbers Point, Sue has been in the West End as a barber since the mid 70’s, cutting and styling her way through every fashion and back again! Sue owns up to being a mod and a hippie but her heart remains in the seventies. Passionate about the 60’s styles and Mod cuts of then and the eighties, Sue is now on a mission to help new young mods and existing mods to achieve the look they need for their lifestyle.

Sue believes in good customer service and satisfaction and she continues to work to that end within her salon to ensure it is a key factor in the experience that is Barbers Point.

Using regular customers, north mods and non mods, we shot in an empty unit nearby, along with the streets of Carnaby.
