Michael B Clifford. Film and TV Director

Michael is an award winning Director with several years of experience in drama and factual. He’s made work for Cinema release as well as for BBC, Channel 4 and Amazon Prime in locations around the world, as well as the UK.

Work includes the Bafta winning ‘Brown Paper Bag’ and ‘Hiding Place’ and the RTS award winning ‘Danger UXO’ and ‘The Man Who Wouldn’t Paint Hitler’.

Michael is also a keen cyclist. in 2014, his film ‘Bicycle’ explored the history and current popularity of bicycles.

I’ve previously shot stills on a film trailor that Michael directed and witnessed him shooting a scene with his Director of Photography on his cargo bike. It looked like a good craic so we had him bring it for his portrait.
